Robert had been visiting St. Petersburg and Tampa for more than 10 years before he decided to make it his permanent home in 2015. Prior to that, he was a long-time resident, Realtor, Broker and Brokerage Owner in Sanibel and Captiva Islands, and he continues to provide real estate services to his clients there and to anyone who has an interest in moving there or learning more about the islands.
Moving to St. Petersburg, he decided to put his 30+ years of real estate expertise to work opening his own brokerage, Personal Realty Advisers – the key word being “Adviser.” Robert is a long-time Realtor, Broker, Brokerage Owner and real estate investor, and he also has extensive contractor-level knowledge in all areas of commercial, home and condominium construction. He combines these many areas of personal education and experience with extensive professional training and certifications in the real estate industry to best serve and ADVISE his clients.
Beth worked with Personal Realty Advisers from its conception, helping with early stages of promotion, and she later joined as a Realtor, also putting her academic research skills to work with a focus on professional ethics in the real estate industry. As a long-time resident of St. Petersburg and Tampa and a former manager within local government, she has a wealth of knowledge about the area that can assist newcomers looking to make St. Petersburg or Tampa their new home.
