St. Pete Beach
Thirty-five miles of beachfront span the western edge of Pinellas County, on 11 barrier islands. Each beach has its own character and unique attractions; all have desired beach front homes and small interior residential neighborhoods. Although all are beautiful, our favorite include the beach communities on the barrier island of Long Key, including St. Pete Beach and Pass-A-Grille that offer a diverse array of home styles, entertainment venues, and, of course, stunning expansive beaches, both private and public.
Recognized many times as a top-rated beach in North America, St. Pete Beach has a strong tourist presence. Many vacation spots, including cozy beachfront inns, luxurious spa hotels and resort condominiums spread across the coast. Most famous among them is the Don Cesar, often called the Pink Palace, which attracts distinguished guests and celebrities from around the globe.
In addition to permanent residents and short-term vacationers, St. Pete Beach hosts many seasonal residents who claim their primary residence elsewhere.
Both St. Pete Beach and Pass-a-Grille Beach feature a variety of great shops and restaurants. The water activities and sunsets are the main attraction, along with the near-perfect weather much of the year.
